Today’s activity is Making Kites!
연을 만들기 전 연에 대한 설명을 듣는 모습이에요.
This is how students listen about the kite before they make kite.
가오리연에 학생들이 각자 그림을 그리기 시작합니다.
Students start to draw their own pictures at 가오리연(ray-kite).
학생 한 명은 평소에도 그림 그리는 것을 좋아한다고 해요. 신나게 꽃을 그리는 모습입니다.
One student usually likes drawing. It’s an exciting drawing of flowers.
한 명은 주제를 한참동안 고민하다가, k-pop의 모든 그룹을 좋아하는 학생이라 제가 k-pop 그룹 로고를 그려보자고 제안했어요.
The other student thought about the topic for a long time, and i suggested that draw the k-pop group’s logo because she like all the groups of k-pop.
붓터치 몇 번에 그려진 꽃들, 정말 예쁘죠?
The flowers drawn with the brush touch are really pretty, right?
BTS를 중심으로 세븐틴, EXID, 아이콘 까지! 점차 채워져 나가는 k-pop연의 모습이에요.
With BTS at the center, SEVENTEEN, EXID, and IKON! It’s K-pop kite that’s gradually filling up.
연꾸(연 꾸미기)에 집중하는 학생들의 모습!

EXO로고를 한땀한땀 정성껏 그리는 중!
She is really carefully drawing EXO logo one by one.
꽃그림은 거의 완성 되어 가는 데, 어? 어디서 많이 본 색조합 아닌가요?
The flower painting is almost done, Isn’t this a combination of colors that you’ve seen before?
마침내 완성!
Finally, It’s done!!
학생들의 뛰어난 그림 솜씨와 함께 멋진 k-pop연과 꽃으로 그려진 태극기연이 완성됐어요!
Along with the student’s outstanding drawing skills, a WONDERFUL K-Pop kite and 태극기 kite painted with flowers are completed!
아쉽게 오늘은 함께 연을 날려볼 수 없었지만 각자의 집으로 돌아가서 한국을 회상하며 날려보기로 약속했답니다~
Unfortunately, we couldn’t fly kites together today, but we promised to go back to our respective home and reminisce about Korea.
