Lexis Busan made some Kimchi Bokkeumbap on this Friday.

It’s a very easy and delicious dish.

Ingredients:

(1) Proper amount of kimchi (as much as you want)

(2) A bowl of steamed rice–bap

(3) Ganjang (Korean soy sauce) 1 spoon

(4) Sesame oil 1 spoon

(5) If you want, some other extra ingredients such as sausage, cheese, tuna, etc.

Kimchi, especially mugeunji (묵은지: aged kimchi; 1+ year is good!) is very good.

Fresh or recently made kimchi isn’t recommended for this dish.

We’ve made three portions so that other staffs can try. They all said it was marvelous!

A very easy but excellent Korean home-made cuisine, kimchi bokeumbap (김치볶음밥)!
