We are very pleased to announce the launch of our first NEW Lexis Seoul Student Residence, which will be available to welcome students from 1st January 2019!
Lexis Student Residence is a high quality student accommodation provided for the exclusive use of Lexis Korea students to further enhance their experience and stay whilst studying with us in Seoul.
This accommodation option offers our students convenience with the building located directly next to Lexis Seoul campus – yes that means only a minute walk time to school!
Students will also have access to endless numbers of cafes, restaurants and bars around the Gangnam area, and a short 3 minutes walk to the transport hub Gangnam Station.
This comfortable studio type accommodation includes single, twin and quad bed options that are complete with:
- Basic furnishings such as bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, storage area, dining table, vanity table, TV
- En-suite toilet/bathroom and hair dryer
- Balcony (with natural lighting)
- Air-conditioner and heater
- Free WIFI
- Private laundry
- Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, utensils & cutlery
We would recommend the single bed option for those who appreciates privacy and prefer to live independently.
The twin and quad options are shared rooms, suitable for those who are keen to meet other fellow students and to make new friends.

Within the building, facilities such as sauna, and fitness centre are also available for a small fee. There is also a laundry service dobi and 24/7 convenience store within the building for your convenience.
