To put it simply, Busan, much like the Miami of South Korea, is a beach town and quite relaxed. Seoul, on the other hand, is one of the world’s busiest cities and goes at a nonstop pace. But then again, Seoul and Busan are VERY different, each with their own distinct vibe, it’s really quite difficult to compare.
