On Thursday we headed off to Kyobo Bookstore near Shinnonhyeon Station with four students. It’s only about a 15 minute leisurely walk from Lexis. Of course, we all headed straight for the Korean Language Education section and bought some books for extra circular study (such diligent students we have at Lexis). What was cool, was that the students were able to find the books they wanted using the computer without the teacher’s help. A little bit of survival Korean goes a long way. We then moved on to the HOT TRACKS stationery shop where the students bought some gifts for the folks back home. An illuminating time was had by all.
지난 목요일, 렉시스 코리아 친구들과 강남 교보문고에 갔어요. 한국어를 더 열심히 공부하기 위해 한국어 책도 몇 권 골랐답니다. 한국 서점에서 책을 직접 검색하고 찾는 법도 배웠지요. 이제 혼자서도 책을 살 수 있겠죠? 교보문고에서는 책뿐만 아니라 여러 문구류도 구매할 수 있으니 참고하세요!
