I always look forward to this holiday, and the best part is, I get to celebrate it twice – once usually on January 1, and then again with the lunar New Year calendar.
Today we had a cooking class for making traditional Korean New Year’s dish, Tteokguk(Soup with sliced ovals of rice cake [Korean-style unsweetened rice cake] in a clear beef broth)
We shared the Soup and celebrated each other. Happy New Year!
